Hi. I’m Wendy Richmond. Thanks for stopping by. There are two things you should know about me: I am passionate for the Word of God and I love Mexican food (just in case we ever have lunch together).

I was born in California and have lived in 5 states. I currently live in Northwest Arkansas, with my husband, my daughter, an undisclosed number of cats (okay, 5) and one small dog. I am blessed to have two amazing daughters and a wonderful son-in law.

I have served the Lord in outreach ministry much of my Christian life (which began at the age of 23). I had the privilege of working with under supported children and teens in my community for many years and am currently teaching a weekly Bible study.

I love both learning and teaching. If we ever sat down for tea I would want to know how you came to know the Lord and what I could do to encourage you in the gifts He has given you and the call He has on your life. I believe that we all have a part to play and every part is significant.

These one minute devotions were born out of a writing exercise in which I challenged myself to write a short reflection on the verse of the day from one of two Bible apps. I hope you enjoy reading them. If you do, please share them with someone you know.
